Rhonda

The four babies we adopted are healthy, beautiful, and extremely sweet. I love the fact we were allowed to see how they were housed, and that there were cages instead of racks. Everything was clean, and all the rats were very friendly and obviously used to being handled. I would definitely adopt from the Rats Nest Rattery again.

Sydney

Fred and Gary, my two fawns that I got from Rat's Nest Rattery, are the best thing to come out of 2020. They have been excellent company, smart companions, and provide entertainment galore! Not only that, Rat's Nest Rattery has been available 24-7 for any questions I had as a first-time rat owner. I can't recommend them enough!

Nichole

Got two very cute and sweet boys from her. They are full of energy and love people so it is obvious they have been socialized. They have a very good temperament and seem very outgoing. Can't wait to see these cuties grow up!

We take pride in the pets we breed

Rats are often forgotten when it comes to picking out a rewarding, loving pet, but we know that those who are looking for an intelligent companion will find their new best friend from us.

We have taken years to perfect our lineage

We specialize in Fawn, Recessive Hairless, and Masked, but also have Self (solids), Hooded, Berkshires and Variberk in an array of colors. Check out a few below!

Fawn

Fawns display a warm, golden coat and may have many different types of patterns, like hooded, or self (solid color).

Recessive Hairless

This recessive trait takes careful and selective breeding, but the result is an adorable pink friend!

Masked

Masked rats have a splotch of color right across their face that gives them the appearance of wearing a mask.

Berkshire

You can't see it in our photo, but berkshire rats have a white belly! This particular rat is a Blue Berkshire.
